Commercial lease agreement
HEIMR Collection can operate hotels by lease whereupon the parties enter into a commercial lease agreement with the operator / owner of the building. The tenant fulfills his obligations to the landlord.
Together we discuss expectations, progression and identify key benchmarks. HEIMR Collection then assumes full responsibility for achieving these future targets.
We set a profile for the hotel and ensure that the hotel materializes as a first-class hotel in its category. Being a part of HEIMR Collection grants complete access to our entire team and all our systems.
Management contract
HEIMR Collection operates the hotel on behalf of the owner. The arrangment can be flexible, an example can be whether the Hotel Director is employed by HEIMR Collection or by the hotel's operating company.
A signed management agreement gives the hotel access to our experienced sales team, CRM and CRS. We implement the hotel in our entire system and follow-up structure. Revenue management can also be included.
Rest assured that HEIMR Collection will look after ownership interests.
Franchise contract
HEIMR Collection consists of unique hotels across Norway. A signed franchise agreement gives access to a worldwide CRS provider and booking system.
All franchisees will be part of a strong purchasing organization and gain admittance to a highly skilled team of experts in fields that include revenue management, sales, finance, marketing, operations and HR.
